Mike Fitch - Animal Flow

 

Mike Fitch is the creator of the ground-based fitness program, Animal Flow and Global Bodyweight Training.

Animal Flow combines quadrupedal movement with elements from various bodyweight-training disciplines to create a fun, challenging workout emphasizing multi-planar, fluid movement.

He talks about what we get out of quadrupedal movements, his experiences with Parkour and other influences of Animal Flow (like gymnastics and breakdancing), and his new Bodyweight Athlete program.

His advice: "Whatever you do, learn something new. Be willing to be bad at something! "
